Premium Tickets
Premium Pass purchasers will receive:
- Entry for one
- Premium viewing area
- Complimentary Gourmet BBQ buffet, dessert, tea and coffee
- Access to exclusive cash bar facilities
- Complimentary car pass to the VIP parking area
For groups of 8 or more, reserved VIP marquee table seating can be provided.
Please note: Premium tickets must be booked by 9 February for confirmation of catering and hospitality arrangements.
Group Marquee
Groups of 8 or more are welcome to hire a corporate marquee, or install your own for a small site fee.

Counter Sales
All bookings (unless otherwise indicated) can be made through the Taupo Ticketek Booking Office at the Great Lake Centre, Story Place, Taupo, or at any Ticketek outlet nationwide. EFTPOS is available. Tickets purchased over the counter from the Great Lake Centre will incur a transaction fee of $2 per ticket. Tickets purchased in person from any other Ticketek agency nationwide will incur a service fee of $6.00 per transaction.
Gate Sales
Gate Sales will be available from 2pm at the venue on 14 February.
Phone Bookings
Phone bookings will only be accepted with credit card payments. These may be done through the Taupo Ticketek Booking office (07) 3771207,
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, or nationwide on 0800 TICKETEK (0800 842538). A transaction fee of $8.50 per phone booking will apply, plus any applicable delivery charges.
Online Bookings
Bookings can be made through the TICKETEK website, www.ticketek.co.nz. A transaction fee of $8.00 per online booking will apply, plus any applicable delivery charges.
General Admission
Tickets are General Admission other than Premium Tickets for allocated prime viewing positions. General Admission tickets allow the purchaser to select their own picnic site within the venue after admission to the venue.
General Admission (GA) tickets must be kept secure; if lost or damaged they may not be replaced.
Conditions
Due to the nature of the event the Flying Proms will be held regardless of weather conditions. No refunds except as required by law. |
